Lyme Regis - The Good Food Store

I good hardly go past a shop called "The Good Food Store" without calling in, could I?  It's a bakery/café/deli, and even before I was in the shop I could see that they specialised in local food.  In the window I could see Dorset cereals, Dorset honey, Dorset knob biscuits, and Dorset tea:
Dorset knob biscuits are made by Moores, in a Victorian bakery between Lyme Regis and Bridport.  They were a favourite of Thomas Hardy (read more here).

Inside the shop it's packed with lots of different local items (I can recommend anything from Fudges)
We had some nice scones and traditional Dorset apple cake:
They also sell organic produce, including vegetables from Riverford.
