Slattery's is an amazing place. The family business keeps moving, as they outgrow their premises, and now occupies a large former pub in Whitefield.
Downstairs is a stunning display of cakes, chocolates, gateaux and desserts. There's also a range of ingredients (not all sweet) for sale.Upstairs is an elegant dining area. If you're chocoholic enough to take the Slattery Chocolate Challenge (eating a slice of hot chocolate fudge cake and a slice of chocolate fudge cake, served with 2 chocolate cups, one filled with fresh cream and one filled with ice cream spun with a white chocolate sauce and accompanied by a glass of Slattery's Hot Chocolate) you will be rewarded with a Slattery chocolate medal and a box of handmade chocolates!
They also offer a number of courses which specialise in chocolate work.
